Brooklyn O’Shea grew up on Folly Beach. Brooklyn is a proud Gamecock and received both of her degrees from the University of South Carolina. Brooklyn began her legal career working for the South Carolina Judicial Department as a law clerk for The Honorable J.C. Nicholson, Jr. and The Honorable Thomas L. Hughston, Jr. in the 9th Judicial Circuit. She then joined the O’Shea Law Firm in 2017.

Brooklyn is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in South Carolina. Brooklyn is a civil litigator and primarily handles catastrophic personal injury cases, including wrongful death and survival actions, motor vehicle collisions, and rideshare claims involving transportation network companies, such as Lyft and Uber. She also handles admiralty and dram shop cases. Brooklyn spends her spare time surfing, fossil hunting, and catching sunsets.
